Our food consists of thoughtfully prepared recipes that will take you on a culinary journey along the Silk and Spice road. All our food is made from natural, whole ingredients, organic and local where possible. It is lovingly prepared to bring the different aromas, colours and flavours of the Silk Route to you.

Green Salad

Enjoy a refreshing salad with baby spinach leaves, mixed greens, avocado, sprouts, topped with hemp seed pesto dressing and bakes boulani V
For a more hearty meal add grilled Salmon V/GFO

Chai Salad

Baby tomatoes, artichoke hearts, grapes, sheep feta cheese, almonds, baby spinach leaves and olives, tossed with curry hemp seed dressing and olive oil. Served with baked boulani VO/GFO

Salad Feast

Fest on three of our salads including Quinoa Tabouli, Chai Salad, Green Salad served with hummus and baked boulani VO/GFO

Mediterranean Platter

Enjoy a taste of many flavours with organic quinoa salad, hummus, baba ghanoush, olives, roasted garlic, boulani, dates and sheep feta cheese VO/GFO

A traditional Afghan whole wheat roti stuffed with potato, green onions and herbs; served with chickpea stew, dehydrated yogurt, beets and sprouts VO/GFO

Tibetan Mantu

Steamed dumplings stuffed with cheese, green onions, chives and herbs D

Mango Prawns

Sauteed prawns in a spicy mango lime leaf, star anise curry sauce served over basmati rice.

Masala Praws

Sauteed prawns in garlic butter infused with South Indian spices served over basmati rice.

Dalcha Stew

Roasted chunks of chicken or lamb, cooked in our organic dhal soup base, Afghan rice, roti and a side salad. D/GFO
