Enjoy a taste of many flavours with organic quinoa salad, hummus, baba ghanoush, olives, roasted garlic, boulani, dates and sheep feta cheese VO/GFO


A traditional Afghan whole wheat roti stuffed with potato, green onions and herbs; served with chickpea stew, dehydrated yogurt, beets and sprouts VO/GFO

Mango Prawns

Sauteed prawns in a spicy mango lime leaf, star anise curry sauce served over basmati rice.

Masala Praws

Sauteed prawns in garlic butter infused with South Indian spices served over basmati rice.

Dalcha Stew

Roasted chunks of chicken or lamb, cooked in our organic dhal soup base, Afghan rice, roti and a side salad. D/GFO
